I called Daniel & Sons Water Heaters when our AC wouldn’t start up after I put in a new Nest thermostat. Brayden came out and spent a couple hours on a Friday evening, carefully checking everything and found a short near the control board. I really appreciate how quickly they scheduled us and how hard Brayden worked to solve the problem. They also installed a gas line for our outdoor fireplace earlier and did a great job at a fair price. We have them do our yearly AC maintenance too. I was having trouble with my air conditioner and reached out to some of the big AC repair companies nearby. They all tried to sell me a whole new system with a lot of pressure. Then I called Brayden for help. He arrived on time, checked everything carefully, and fixed my AC for less than $500. i just had my regular ac maintenance done, and my technician was brayden. he was not only really friendly and professional, but also very careful with the work. brayden even labeled my outside ac unit, which had never been done before. that’s just one example of the extra care he took while working on my ac system. Daniel & Sons Water Heaters is lucky to have someone so dedicated. it’s hard to find this level of service these days, and it makes me feel good about choosing them for my ac repair and maintenance.

brayden replaced our old hvac unit at the entrance of our building. he did a complete diagnostic check to find the issue, then gave us a clear quote for the replacement system. he ordered the correct parts and finished the installation quickly. this is our third hvac project with this company. we've always gotten excellent service, clear communication, and detailed follow-up from the office staff. the workmanship is high quality, and we plan to keep using their services.
