Dr. So, wonderful and exceptional! Five stars plus! His nurse and the rest of the staff are very poor and unprofessional at what they do! They are the reason for only two stars! What a shame! Won’t return calls, won’t deliver messages, will not follow up with patients when the doctor requests it, no guidance after prescribing medication (insulin), and on and on and on……

Doctor So is a wonderful, highly knowledgeable, caring doctor. He does not rush your appointments. I have been seeing him for a very long time. My sister and son are seeing him now as well. Best doctor you can trust with your life! The nurses and staff are great too!
I have been calling 3 times to set my 1st appointment. Firstly, they said that they can not help me cause they are eating, then they forwarded me to a line where no one picks up the phone. On the last attempt, I was told that the next available appointment is in December.. Now it is June, meanwhile. Would not recommend, don't spend your time in nowhere
