Jason and Dustin did an amazing job on their first visit. We rent and our landlord contracted Daniel Smith Plumbing & Heating to come and take a look at a leak from another tenant's unit. They had amazing communication skills and were very courteous when they arrived. They performed their duties in a professional, considerate, and timely manner. Jason and Dan came right out when we had problem with our basement and pipes. They quickly assess the situation, gave us our options and walked us through the entire process. Additionally, they made no stone was left unturned to make sure there weren’t any other underlying problems.
