The doctors are wonderful! But there is hardly anyone around to answer the phone. When you call you are listending to the automated system for over 5 minutes then send you to voicemail. You can call 10 times in a row and you will get NO ONE! I'm not sure how much longer I can keep my physician even though I love him, the phones are annoying. A few people complained they were lost and called for directions and nobody answered the phone for over an hour.
Dr. O'Shaughnessy is one of the best doctors I have ever met. Competent, state-of-the art, focused. The team is highly professional. In this field of speciality (fertility) you have to deal with a lot of emotions and emotional tension in your patients. But doctor O'Shaughnessy and her team keep it non-nonsense, goal oriented, and supportive (her strong suit is facts, not fuzzy-cuddly chit-chat). The doctors in this group are outstanding! Any time I have had a question or problem, they took the time to answer them or call me after hours to discuss them. Since I saw them for my pregnancy, I was asked to see each of the doctors so that I would be familiar with whomever was in the hospital the day I went in to labor. I liked all of them and felt very comfortable. They are a very busy office so sometimes I had to wait a little while but once I got in, they didn't make me feel rushed or hurried at all.
