He used to be good. He was very understanding and concerned about helping people truly living with pain find a better quality of life all while not going overboard. He didn’t just throw scripts at you. He made sure to find a realistic treatment. But with current scrutiny because of people who simply abuse pain medications, not only are others like me with true diagnosed life changing pain being dropped and uncared for, Dr Chen is so scared he not only stops giving meds, he offers addiction meds!
I have been a patient of Dr. Chen for over 5 yrs. He is very patient, caring & understanding and takes the time to listen & wants the overall best for everyone. I would definitely recommend him.
