My PCP retired that I had for years. A friend had recommended Dr. Shank to me after I was really trying to find a good provider in the area to stay with. I am so happy she did! He and his staff have been absolutely fantastic. They all are friendly, caring, supportive, responsive, professional, and just all around amazing. Dr. Shank actually listens to any concerns you have, and genuinely cares trying to find prompt resolution. I am so happy to have found him, and highly recommend him if you are looking for a provider.
Dr Shank did an excellent job explaining the how and why of certain procedures and/or recommendations by the medical community. He respected my decisions and offered several suggestions for continued good health. He spent ample time with my appointment and did not act hurried or uninterested in my care.
