I have referred clients to Dan for years. He is a great attorney in the courtroom, thinks fast on his feet, and is there for his clients. He's a good family law attorney.
Mr. Williams has poor correspondence, does not take cases as seriously as you'd want him to, and cannot seem to argue, or be aggressive when it comes to negotiating with the opposite party. I hired him because he was able to talk well in the beginning but once hired he was not dedicated to the case, paperwork would often come back needing correction and he does all the work himself to cut cost.
