Stated they were in network with our insurance more than once. When asked insurance they said they were not in network..never were..?? Hung up on..threatened with collection agency...first bill...never even knew we owed them money.....VERY SHADY PRACTICE BEWARE!!!! Never received a call back from office manager or dentist as requested. Nothing...they think they make up their own rules. Something is definitely wrong there.
Saw Dr Saunders again today. Another good experience. So glad he was the one to do the procedure.
Great oral surgeon, explains things throughly and does a wonderful job.the office staff is kind and caring too.
10/10 recommend
