The process is amazing considering how many people go through here per day. The Nurses run like a well-oiled machine; they look at each other and know what needs to be done. The people at the front desk are patient and deal with out-of-pocket, so they have patience. The only drawbacks are the waiting room, which is too small, and the people with their phones ringing nonstop, who are irritating. The anesthesiologist and Dr. Mayer were awesome. Thank you for my new eyes. :)
Exceptional staff, wonderful patient care from the nursing team and Anesthesiologist. Parking Garage in the back. Electronic payments Visionary Eye Doctors Surgical team Dr. Garg/ Ms King provided outstanding instructions with graphics ending all in outstanding output.
On 3/10/2026 at the Palisades Eye Surgery Center I had tube shunt surgery. The entire staff was absolutely excellent and did a fantastic job keeping my wife informed about my progress from pre-op through post-op. I highly recommended the Palisades!
