I think Dr. Samaniego is one of the worst optometrist who has ever cared for my eyes. On my last visit he refused to do an eye exam (I said my eyes were changing and I needed a new contact prescription). He said at my age, (75), my eyes would not change and so he ordered the old prescription and had them sent to me. I wear bifocal contacts, the most expensive type of hard contacts available and I can only get them every two years.
