I previeously had doctors connected to another large hospital. While they were competent the length of the visit was at least double the time and the drive time to their clinics was at least 30 minutes longer from my home in Kent. When I arrive I am called within minutes and get to the room, compared to the 20 to 30 minutes wait with the other clinic. With Dr sackman I am called within 5 minutes and the Dr is in the room within a minute of the nurse completing her tasks.
Dr Sackman is very knowledgeable, but I only gave 3 stars because of my experience with other office staff. The PA, Keaton, was not knowledgeable. They gave me results of an Xray, which showed calcium deposits in my veins and said the deposits were common and nothing to worry about. I asked what caused them, and they said they didn't know. Also, one of the receptionists was very rude. I was told to come back in 1 year, and she argued with me for several minutes when I said I would be calling at a later time to set up the app... read more

After talking to him became very comfortable with him as a urologist. Very knowledgeable and very reassuring.
Excellent care and bedside manner. 2 kidney stone surgeries and I could be happier! He is very helpful informative and professional. His PA Keaton is also very good!!!!
