Daniel Rubio deviated from standard of care. His lack of progressive care has caused me to be permanently damaged. First issue: Rubio operates at St. Raphael Campus/Yale. I have never ever seen such filth in my life. Black gunk seeping out of the cracks in the linoleum – everywhere. My bed had a huge hole in it that required 4 folded sheets to fill.
