Well, I had a very minor electrical problem..my light bulb broke in my socket and I wanted to know if I could take it out without getting an electrical shock...(dumb question, I know)...but she was so kind to help me out and asked Daniel if it was safe and he said yes,....just be sure you turn off the switch.
