My experience with Dr. Polsley and his team was deeply disappointing and far below the level of thoroughness anyone with serious spinal problems should expect. I love Dr possley when I saw him 5 years ago for my back surgery. I scheduled an apt and it was a month out, then they called and moved it about a week ago. They just called again that they want to move it again. I just canceled it because i wont have insurance next year. I won't just see anyone for my back. I don't want to see anyone else but him. It's frustrating that the patients in pain can't see a dr. Why is it so hard to schedule an apt.
If it's cookie cutter, you're probably good. Anything outside the norm or if things don't work perfectly, they ghost you and worse. Has rescheduled appointments made 6 months in advance 4 or 5 times in a row after two failed surgeries. Last appointment he ghosted me several times then called me long after the agreed time when I wasn't in a good place or position and forced me to make a decision I didn't want to make, then "forgot" the choices he gave me, then made me wait another 6 months, then had to re-schedule yet again. ... read more
An excellent patient Orthopedic Surgeon and Spine specialist. I have a TBI & Spinal injury in 3 places, a fused thoracic compressed t4-6, a cervical destabilization, a random l4 that poped out. My first 6 months to year with a spinel/TBI injury, I had to learn how to walk again in physiotherapy, only partially rehabbed.
