Came in for a strep test, which I really needed since I was very sick and was going to be around infants and the elderly later that week. Got a sub-WebMD diagnosis in the office, then they lost the strep test, never called about it, and then absolutely refused refund the visit. They have a poor quality of service, which they seem content to deliver. Fort Collins has a lot of great doctors, this is certainly not the place to go... unless you are not concerned with your time, money, or health...
