Very professional
My issues with this facility rests with the support staff. They are inattentive, non-communicative and indifferent to patient needs and directives. They do not return phone calls and call you at the eleventh hour that they need more info or the appointment will be cancelled. For my scheduled procedure, they require a blood test within 30 days and an EKG within the last 6 months. I scheduled the lab work within the time frame and informed the scheduler that I had an EKG within the time required. They were supposed to call my ... read more
