Very rude lady answered the phone
No complaints here. Made appointment, saw doctor, had procedure, did postop visits. Had pain after surgery had pain pills for 4 days after surgery, which was perfect. Tylenol I took if needed after and it wasn't too many times. Excellent care from doctor, office staff and surgery center staff.
Dr. Conway did the surgery of gallbladder removal for my father. I literally had a wow factor at the hospital, the day of the surgery. The entire staff, receptionist, nurses, anesthesiologists, doctor, it seems like every person they’ve hired is milled with the same core elements, genuine care, compassion, respect, and love! The entire staff showed such kindness throughout the entire visit, we are so thankful to the entire team! Dr. Conway is an amazing doctor and his staff is just as amazing!!!
