I love Dr. Allen! He takes the time to explain everything and answers any questions I have. He is by far the best PCP I've ever seen.

Doctor Need License REVOKED – We started see Dr. David D. Allen, when he first opened his private practice in Allen, TX. We thought he was wonderful as a Doctor, but that was short lived. He had a very bad drinking problem and was self-medicating himself, which caused his wife to divorce him. We had even showed up to the office smelling like a bar. unethical office staff/office manager – Dr Allen is never in clinic. I had to reschedule several times due to his absences. The office manager, who refused to give her name, tried to obtain a medical history over the the phone before I was even a patient. No consent forms or HIPPA forms were signed. She based my appointment on detailed medical history and then refused rescheduling me. Therefore giving me the impression I have been discriminated against due to my medical back ground. Great Doctor – Dr. Allen has got to be the best doctor I have ever seen. He takes great care of his patients and spends time really listening. I moved here from California and he has been my doctor ever since. Thank you for Dr. Allen for being you!
