I was skeptical about the facility but was was wrong. The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. The equipment that they have here is state of the art! All the staff was very nice. Why didn't I find this place sooner. This facility focuses on the patient 100%. Dr. Daniel I'm truly sorry for doubting, and for making me a believer. Thank you for all your help!
I guess I should have read the reviews. DO NOT waste your time (mine was 3 hours) wasted total for a “consultation” that never happened. You DO NOT see the doctor. You get a tour from an uneducated staff member who can’t even tell you if any of this equipment can actually help you. Frankly, to call it a “consultation” is unethical and illegal since the doctor never even evaluates your condition. The “guide” even admitted she can’t read an MRI. How is that a consultation for physical therapy?!?! Yikes.

This doctor and his office is a total waste of time. Called me in for an appointment for spine and showed me a video and wanted to charge me for no work donez stay away please
Love my Chiropractor....absolutely everything!!! Every single employee.....the relaxing clean environment....the adjustments have helped me so much and are exactly tailored to my specific needs....I will always recommend Dr Richmond and be coming here for life 😀😋😛😅
