Personable and knowledgable, Dr. Bouvier was very professional./
Unfortunately he made me wait an hour for a scheduled appointment there was no reason given for the delay. To the exam it was about 15 minutes relatively short considering the wait and the cost out of pocket. Although competent the experience was less than ideal.As payment goes it was made upfront and when leaving I asked if we were good they the staff said yes. A half hour later I get a call asking for an additional fee. So in closing I can only say things could have been handled better.I chalk it up to the law of averages ... read more
