I had an extremely frustrating experience trying to get a simple auto insurance quote. I initially spoke with Jason, and after I explained that I was trying to obtain a quote, the conversation became difficult and he ultimately hung up on me. I then spoke with another representative, hoping they could resolve the issue, but I still could not get a quote.
