Dr. O'Connell is compassionate, knowledgeable and a good communicator. He listens to us as parents and to our daughter as the patient. He truly cares about my daughter's overall health and takes his time explaining things to us so we can understand what is going on. Thanks very much Dr. O'Connell. Over a year ago we have been working with him and we have made so much progress! He truly is a problem solver and wants the best care for the child while listening from the parents who know their child. He teams up with the parents, the child and the staff to get results. I remember our first appointment and when the phrase “you are your child’s advocate” I knew we found our doctor and team.
I had a very good experience consulting Dr. O'Connell about my daughter, who has a complicated medical history and significant GI problems. He was knowledgable and experienced, but also respected my knowledge of my daughter. I appreciated his expertise and I appreciated being heard.
