My review is not based on the Doctor and his abilities, but on his front office staff. Dr. Nader/Daria was assigned the job of signing my mother's death certificate. Mom passed July 4th. By Aug. 18, the department of Vital Statistics had not received the necessary paperwork to create the death certificate. The funeral director attempted to obtain this information and was sent the form, but it was missing the doctor's credentials. Fast forward.
