Do not answer the phone. Cannot get a 5 minute appointment for script refill that he has to call in. Hold time when phone is answered is usually 35 minutes or more. Associates do not rely messages to Dan.

PA Dr Moore is a caring professional. He listens to and addresses my concerns and I feel he has my best interests in mind. Their office has been easy to contact and schedule with. It was not very easy to get the first appointment, and to get in touch regarding the first appointment but after that, things have gone very smoothly.
