Probably the first or second time I ever left a Dr.'s office with a smile on my face. And strangely (almost) looking forward to go back. He walks in with a nice big friendly smile and took a while to ask me all kinds of pertinent questions to get to know me, as well as explain general well-being tips. Very patient and caring. Kinda like in the old days, like a small-town Dr.
