Had a 0/10 Terrible experience with the PR. not sure what the new goal is; Front door dudes acting all angry, Yelling, sound explosive, demeaning and outrightly insulting clients in managing client flow. Unprofessional and uncalled for demeanor, it might have to do with condescending demographics served mostly ESL communities. Owner is a pleasant gentleman,.but this one is a flank. Just lost a 10yr± client today. Terrible
