"Pete" is a fairly new lawyer, he's very personable but when he missed something VERY significant in my contract that could have avoided me even going to court that the Judge had to point out to him in court after I'd mentioned it as well, that's a huge no no to charge me full price. The case got dismissed in court which could have been avoided from the very beginning if I would have had an experienced lawyer truly working my case.
