Was in search of a new mechanic and someone to diagnosis my faulty a/c unit in my vehicle so I decided to check out this shop as they had pretty good reviews online. Went there one morning to inquire on a/c repair and spoke with an older woman who appears to be the receptionist. She was very curt and borderline rude when I inquired about having my a/c looked at.
