A guy that worked at his shop sold me a pickup truck the frame was sprayed with foam to hide the holes inside the frame and sprayed with brown spray paint to make it look like rust

Was in search of a new mechanic and someone to diagnosis my faulty a/c unit in my vehicle so I decided to check out this shop as they had pretty good reviews online. Went there one morning to inquire on a/c repair and spoke with an older woman who appears to be the receptionist. She was very curt and borderline rude when I inquired about having my a/c looked at.
