I saw Dr Niederjohn for a total 4 -5 sessions. Most of which were digital. The software he used for these sessions was not great. We spent more time trying to reconnect and ultimately ended up just FaceTiming. Even though I was still charged for a full session I received maybe 2/3rds of one. As you can imagine these interruptions impacted my therapy as I would often be cut off while trying to relate issues that were upsetting.
