Everyone was friendly.... front desk, medical assistant, xray tech. Dr. Dean is very personable and explains things. I never feel rushed.
He was great with my young teen, even made her laugh. Very comfortable and knowledgeable!
He diagnosed my bone spur on my right big toe knuckle. He did the surgery and shaved it down and realigned the bones back into place and now I have no pain. Which leads me now to referring my seven-year-old daughter to him since she acquired a sports related injury on her right ankle.
Just met for an initial consult so not much to report except they answered all my questions and we're very friendly.
My experience at IB&J was exceptional. The diagnostic X-ray, the explanation of findings and recommendations for treatment were communicated clearly and effectively.
