I had a 4:30 appointment with Dr Lee today. My check in time was 4:15. When making the appointment I said I cannot make it at that check in time due to work l but I will be there before 4:30. I got there at 4:28 and they said the Dr. Lee had left for the day. NorthShore policy allows patients a 15 minute grace period from the appointment time.
