We would not recommend this firm. Our experience was marked by repeated delays, disorganization, and multiple errors throughout the process—including at the final step. We had to closely manage every stage to keep things moving. Their office also imposed unusual and unnecessary requirements for closing our construction loan, which no other lender or professional we consulted had encountered. Because of these issues, our project was delayed by more than a month and cost us both time and money.
They made the process of closing our home purchase super easy.

What a great experience I had with this Firm. While a lot of firms don’t take the time to explain a lot of things, this one does. Cathy was super helpful and made me feel so much better, by just being patient and understanding! While in the grieving process, this is very important. I would highly recommend.
