It is impossible to get someone on the phone. Often times, the staff hang up the phone. The few times I have gotten through I've explained that I am being disonnected repeatedly and they apologize, saying there is an issue with their phone system. Today I walked in to get bloodwork instructions for an upcoming appointment next week because I could not get it done by phone and I was told nonchalantly by the receptionist (Ava?) that someone would call me tomorrow. The office is clean and the staff is very helpful. I usually do not have to wait long and feel very confident in Dr. Lana. I would recommend anyone looking for a good Cardiologist to make an appointment with him.
