Absolutely 0% chance of getting ahold of anyone to make an appointment. Even after having surgery with their doctors. They wanted me to make a follow up appointment after surgery but nobody answers the phone or they make you leave a message although no one ever returns your call. I have to drive to the office to get in contact with them. When someone does answer the phone they put you on hold, then they hang up on you making you have to repeat the process.
