Great Nurses You will get fantastic nursing care at this hospital. Plus, their ancillary staff are wonderful too. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who needs to have blood work done, xrays taken, needs the use of an emergency room, needs to be admitted, or any of the several other services they offer. The doctors are great and will make you feel at ease.
Great Doctor but Bad environment I visited their Webster office. Even though I was the first appointment after lunch I ended up waiting a significant amount of time before being escorted to the examination room. It was enough time to see that the office is in need of an update. There was a stained sagging ceiling tile and the receptionist never once made eye contact or talked to me after telling me to take a seat, that was after 5 minutes of waiting for her to greet me. Friendly neighborhood dentist! Now that I have moved away from Rochester, I realize how hard it is to find a good dentist. Dr. Barletta and his associates are great - I trust their professional opinions regarding my dental health and don't feel as though they are just "selling" me on procedures I don't actually need. Whenever I'm in town I try to get an appointment with Dr. Barletta.
