Dr. Yates is a great guy and has helped me in a few emergencies.
Vets are good but billing office sucks, we've used them for a couple years now and have had issues twice. One time when Dr Jen was out and we didn't have exact change so we overpaid that visit and she took the credit off our next visit, billing lady couldn't catch on and I had to get Dr Jen involved to clear it up. Now I'm receiving statements for money owed for a check I left in Dr Lyndsay's mailbox when I picked a prescription up, just e planned this for a second time, very frustrating
