I have been nothing but pleased with the services that were provided for me from TOA by Dr Daniel Phillips I've had two knee replacements one 7 years ago and 6 months ago and I am totally satisfied with both and if I had a third knee I would let him repair it to and their physical therapy team is top notch I'd like to thank Dr. Phillips for giving me the ability to move around freely and play with my grandchildren and congratulations all good wishes on his retirement
