If there was zero stars I would have rated him this way. Schedules and performs all tests to bill your insurance company, suggests surgery and gets approval with insurance co, then refers you to another doctor and decides he doesn't want to perform your surgery. What kind of person does that??? On top of that, no one in the office will even tell you the reason for his decision. I spent tons of $$ to get to get to this point, all for nothing..THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I can't say enough good things about this physician and his practice and would highly recommend them! I recently had an accident while walking in the neighborhood, falling flat on my face which resulted in multiple bruises, lacerations, and scrapes to my face, nose, and knees including a 1" gash below my lower lash line of my right eye. Dr M fit me into his busy schedule and put in 7 sutures under my lashline. Professional, friendly, kind, and compassionate describes him and his staff.
After seeing 3 other Drs with no luck, Dr M solved the mystery of my dinking eye. He immediately sent me to an ENT and within a week I was scheduled for surgery. I now have a plate holding my eye up to replace a non existent orbital floor and thanks to his meticulous work- you wouldn't ever know. Thanks! -silent sinus girl ;)
