I struggle with this review because Dr.Dale was okay, he explained the procedure, made sure I was comfortable and did the procedure in a timely and precise manner. However, I was EXTREMELY unimpressed with his staff. Over the phone, they were extremely rude, and in person it was worse. Snarky comments, long sighs and rude snickers. I also asked Dr.Dale if I could go back to work after he was done, and his response was "wow. a millennial that WANTS to go back to work" I also overheard him talking about a patient who had Obama... read more
