Accompanied my wife for a visit with the intention of having some questions answered. He rudely dismissed me and was just completely unprofessional. Don’t recommend. Refused to answer my questions and told her to relay the information back to me, as if my wife could possibly explain medical terms to me. Edit. My wife has decided to not return and will be transferring her records to westmed

When Dr Runyon was here this office was so much better. For a front desk staff to say word for word "well I was running your insurance this morning and we don't take it" to me at 4:45pm there's some sort of issue. Why didn't they make any attempts at calling me? Making wait all day while I could have been looking for a new doctor. Also if Dr. Runyon was leaving the office and patients with prescriptions don't know, why weren't any of us notified? You're tampering with someone's prescriptions & well being.
