My wife seems to like the guy but im not sure why. Accompanied my wife for a visit with the intention of having some questions answered. He rudely dismissed me and was just completely unprofessional. Don’t recommend.

When Dr Runyon was here this office was so much better. For a front desk staff to say word for word "well I was running your insurance this morning and we don't take it" to me at 4:45pm there's some sort of issue. Why didn't they make any attempts at calling me? Making wait all day while I could have been looking for a new doctor. I recently had a disappointing experience due to a lack of professionalism and communication from the receptionist. I had booked an appointment and arrived within what is generally understood as an acceptable grace period. However, I was informed that because I was the last patient of the day, the usual 15-minute grace period did not apply.
