This was honestly my last straw with this practice. The front desk staff is consistently rude, which already makes every visit frustrating. On top of that, my husband is basically expected to diagnose himself instead of being properly evaluated by the doctor. This isn’t just happening to him either, it’s the same experience for multiple members of our family, including my mother-in-law who is currently battling cancer and my minor in-laws. I am livid after being accused by one of the office girls there (Family HealthCare of Brown City -- Dr Kulick's office) of supposedly yelling at her when I wasn't even talking to her when I told my wife to put the cell phone on speaker so I could hear what was going on while i was working my computer to pull up my calendar. I am changing providers because of the RUDE people and false accusations. I have dealt with this office for 11 years. Dr. Kulick has been my Physician and PCP for many years. He has always been able to quickly either diagnose and solve my health issues himself or he will refer me to appropriate specialists. Dr. Kulick is upbeat, super friendly and funny which has always made it very easy to communicate with him about issues that sometimes are more serious and private.
