I love Metro Health and I think this is the best medical office I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and professional, and they always take your concerns seriously. I have never been treated with anything but the utmost respect and courtesy, and Rebecca Paige is a joy. Even after moving farther away, I have no desire to switch to an office closer to home.
The Reception desk for calling into the Doctor's offices are short and uninviting. I called twice for questions about being a patient and both times i was treated like i was asking dumb questions and was wasting the receptionists time. Why do people insist on being rude and annoyed when they are asked questions from a Genuine customer who has never been acquainted with insurance procedures before and needs some direction?
I called to make an appointment for my daughter to have a wart removed. I was assured on the phone this was something they could do. I booked the appt 2 weeks in advance, kept her home from school and arranged for someone to come early in the morning to bring her to the appointment. Only to find out later that they only burn the warts off instead of cut them off as i requested. Wart looks the same as it did when she walked in, and cost me time and money for nothing. I Love this office. I have never had any problems with my Doctor. ( Dr. Wabeke). She has always been right on top of things. I (and my children) have been seeing her for about 8 years now . Before her i saw another doctor in this same office before he retired. They are vary friendly, caring people. I would refer anyone to them.
Dr. Webke is the rudest, snippiest Dr. I have ever met! She is not prepared with information on my childrens medications from other Doctors they see. We can not ask questions without her making us feel stupid. It's like she doesn't have time. This happens every time we have seen her. No wounder her waiting room never has more than 5 people in it.
