Have always found the staff to be friendly and professional. As for DR. Kochinsky, he has been my physician for many years and I would want no other. Always professional, caring, and LISTENS to you.

As a long time patient of Dr. K, I have no problem. He's a good physician but the day before yesterday I called, had to leave a message for his nurse (her phone message said she would get back to me). This was in the morning. At 3:00 on the same day, I called, got the same message, left the same contact info and the reason I was calling. Nothing! Yesterday afternoon I called and got the same message. Been seeing Dr Kocinsky for many years. I am very comfortable in every aspect of my visit and he is very personable and receptive to my thoughts on my health. He also remembers the small things which are important.

My son waited 6 weeks for an appointment so that he could establish a primary care doctor. He was given a 7am appointment but was told the wrong address. When he called the office the answering service picked up. He was given the correct address and got to the office at 7:18 am. He explained what happened but they said it was past 7:15 and they will have to cancel. Sorry..too late. They offered to reschedule for another 6 weeks later. Doesn't really show that the patient is their top priority.

I don't think it's acceptable for the receptionist to herass you when you call. Dr K and Sica are great people but the receptionists make this place unbearable and they should be fired.
