Had my first primary care appointment with Dr. Kim. He outsourced 95% of it to his medical staff. He came in for 2 minutes at the end. After getting the labs (which I was told to do after the appointment), I was asked to schedule an entirely new appointment just to review them. I received no email or text from the doctor in any way telling me if there was anything concerning. This place and this doctor does not care about patients. It is all about money for them. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Kim. He is not only knowledgeable and compassionate but also an attentive listener. Dr. Kim's thoroughness and dedication literally saved my husband's life. Fantastic experience. Efficient in-person appointment and great communication with their customer service leading up to the appointment with the many questions I had 😃 Dr. Kim was personable, a great listener, and he cares about your health. He brings a preventative mindset and is well versed in alternative approaches. In addition, the bloodwork was easy and painless! Thank you for the great experience!
The administrative part of this office is really bad. First, my blood work, they left male there, and they still have not gotten back to me. If it’s typo, then it’s a really bad one. Second, when they call you they don’t left you a voicemail, and when you call back, always just asks you to left a message.
