Efficient in-person appointment and great communication with their customer service leading up to the appointment with the many questions I had 😃 Dr. Kim was personable, a great listener, and he cares about your health. He brings a preventative mindset and is well versed in alternative approaches. In addition, the bloodwork was easy and painless! Thank you for the great experience!
The administrative part of this office is really bad. First, my blood work, they left male there, and they still have not gotten back to me. If it’s typo, then it’s a really bad one. Second, when they call you they don’t left you a voicemail, and when you call back, always just asks you to left a message.
