Dr. Khera-McRackan's staff is some of the shortest, rudest people I have ever encountered at a physician's office. I have been a RN for more than 35 yrs & this is unacceptable. I've had a multi drug resistant bacteria in my urine for almost 2 months now & this MD's comment was that this is "over his head". I had a positive experience working with Dr. McRackan. No complaints! My visits at the Associated Urologists of NC and five in Raleigh were efficient and all staff were friendly and helpful.

As Dr. Daniel Khera-McRackan patient, I see less and less of him during my visit to the clinic. In 3 years, I believe I have seen him in less than 4 times. He is always not available. When I do see him, he is in the room for less than 10 minutes and will leave the room without saying goodbye, thinking that he was coming back, but no return. I always have to see his Nurse Practicetioner (NP ) assistant during most of my visit to the clinic. I expect service from my urologist and not his NP all the time. During my routine exam... read more
