Dr, Kessler is a wonderful Doctor. He is in an practice that often involves uncomfortable and somewhat embarrassing exams. Dr. Kessler knows how patients feel about these exams. He works to put you at ease. He is great at explaining things. And, he takes his time with you. Dr. Kessler makes you feel as if you are his most important patient when he is with you. As a bonus, I've rarely waited more than 10-15 minutes before seeing the doctor. Many times the wait was less than 5 minutes.
Dr. Kessler is an excellent caring doctor. His staff is the complete opposite; they don't say their name when they answer the phone, you have to ask to whom you are speaking with. When calling in about instructions, the doctor had Written Out for you after surgery, she would argue with me and say what the doctor told me to do was wrong. She was very condescending with me, and quite cocky. There is absolutely NO level of professionalism from this staff. NONE! It was the same person each time.
