I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Kennon. After seeking his care and trusting him with my health, I was unexpectedly dismissed as a patient without any meaningful explanation or effort to resolve the issue. This left me feeling dismissed not just from the practice, but as a person. It’s clear to me that patient care and long-term relationships are not a priority here. Because of my new job I had to cancel a couple of appointments with Dr Keenan and try and reschedule. I never no showed an appointment however when I had to reschedule a 3rd appointment Dr Keenan physically got on the phone with me today April 14, 2025 and basically said I wasn't welcomed back at his practice. He suggested I needed to find another doctor that would be " more flexible with my work schedule ". Dr. Keenan is great. I feel very comfortable with his competent advice. It is nice to also be able to talk to a doctor as if they are a peer/friend.
