There is a reason he only has 5 stars or 1 star. If you read through his reviews, it becomes apparent that all of the 5-star reviews are fake, and the 1- star reviews are from real people. Why else would there not be a single 2, 3, or 4-star review? Do not go to this evil, greedy person if you want actual medical care.
