Requested Dr. Daniel Kanell to only examine and provide a diagnosis of my left knee as to the severity of my anterior cruciate ligament. Instead, Dr. Kanell surgically removed 40% of my torn meniscus when it could have been sutured together to heal since the meniscus is vascular.
