My first visit at this office was not what I would consider good. The Dr was running late, I had waited over 30 minutes just to be seen and once in the exam room was told it would be another "few minutes" meaning 30-45 minutes more. After waiting another half hour, and unable to wait any longer, I had to leave and made another appointment. The staff and Dr were apologetic so I felt ok to come back to this office. Dr. Kaitis has always been pleasant—until you’re five minutes late. Then, somehow, it becomes acceptable to make you wait over an hour and a half to be seen. Today, after my mother and I had already been waiting in the exam room for a long time, I politely asked the nurse when she might be seen. Instead of an update, the doctor walked in with zero bedside manner and told my mother the delay was our fault.
